55 Forward Programs
Social recreational connections to friends and family are important to the health and wellness of all people.
The 55 Forward Programs, provided through the Maple Grove Parks and Recreation Board, offer a variety of programs, classes, special events, and trips. Find something you love to do, or want to learn more about. Programs are designed around the "8 domains of well-being," a model with options in the Physical, Artistic, Intellectual, Financial, Emotional, and Social domains. Take a class in oil painting, learn to Nordic Walk, go on a bike ride, join with friends in a game of bridge or 500, participate in yoga or swim fitness, sit back and enjoy the sights on a trip, have a discussion on current events... these are just a few of the offerings available through Maple Grove's 55 Forward Programs.
